The architects were given the task of converting the town house built in the 19th century by architect Weinbrenner so that it could be used by a community of lawyers as a modern office building. While the typology of the interiors has been changed, the façades, the porch, which was only built at the beginning of our century, and the intact, original supporting structure have been left in place.
Seen from the outside, the building stands out from its surroundings in terms of character and volume. In a sense, it is a "monumental private object with everyday contents", and one immediately understands that the house is no longer inhabited by a bourgeois family from the 19th century. Inside, everything has changed, the rooms are open and modern, natural light floods every corner, transparent glass as the dominant material creates a transparent office atmosphere that meets the needs of our time.
