The architects were invited by a Zurich real estate company to take part in a competition limited to ten participants.
The real estate company intends to create a building complex with luxury flats in a large park in the centre of Zurich.
The building consists of two slightly shifted parallel epipedes and is enriched by an inner courtyard. The flats created by this simple composition are extremely flexible in terms of the number of rooms and are naturally lit all around.
The supporting structure is located in the axe of each parallelepiped. This results in an enrichment in the system of furnishing the flat and total freedom in the design of the façade.
