The existing west wing of the Zollikerberg Hospital no longer meets the current requirements of a hospital building. It is to be replaced by a new Minergie-standard building on the same site. The four-storey replacement building with its predestined location facing the park contains three wards and a therapy floor with a therapy bath. All wards are generously designed and have a balcony with a view to the garden.
