Between Spalenberg and Leonhardsgraben lies the plot of land with the two houses and the inner courtyard that follows the medieval parcelling.
The conversion will make this structure legible again. The two houses are connected in the courtyard by the circulation system. The total length of the ground plan becomes visible.
The ground floor is used as a salesroom, the upper floors as continuous flats.
